Autumn Social at Yorkshire Sculpture Park

Autumn is here and I thought it was probably about time I shared the photos from last Autumn’s Photo Walk Social at Yorkshire Sculpture Park! I absolutely love YSP and will jump at any excuse to head over there. It is such an inspiring place and for me, Autumn is when it’s at its finest.

Last year was extra special as Poppies: Wave was installed there at the time of our walk. Also on show were works by Bill Viola, who is right up there with my favourite contemporary artists.

After the Social and a spot of lunch with my family (who had also come along; including the d-o-g!), we continued to take in as much as art and parkland as we could, including all Viola’s exhibited films, which were powerful, absorbing and as fascinating as they always are!
